TideCloak 0.14.32 adds a governance-bypass allowance for the Master Root Admin to delete realms directly, without going through a DELETE_REALM change request.

Master Root Admin: Realm Delete Bypass : The Master Root Admin can now delete realms directly, without going through a governed DELETE_REALM change request. All other admins continue to require the admin quorum via the change-request flow introduced in 0.14.0.
